State Representative Peter Tercyak introduced a proposal to eliminate the use of criminal histories of tenants when applying for apartments has been invited to explain his legislation.

CTPOA WILL FIGHT THIS PROPOSAL TO THE END in order to protect its members, tenants and the community from those with a record of doing harm to other citizens.
