  • CTPOA invites interested individuals for a November networking opportunity at San Marinos Restaurant, 111 Thomasto Ave. in Waterbury. Join us and have some fun, food and cocktails on November 15th.

    There is a $10 fee to non-CTPOA members to cover the cost of the food - Cash Bar

Network and meet with other lnvestors, landlords Realtors and CTPOA Vendors and Sponsors from 5:30 till 7:00PM over some food and cocktails at San Marinos Restaurant in Waterbury.

At 7:00pm, there will be a presentations on the new BedBug Law that went into effect on October 1 along with another law change that requires all Connecticut rental property owners to modify their leases.
